Identity verification is required before prize redemptions are processed. Here is what to expect.

When you request your first prize redemption, you will be prompted to complete identity verification.
You will need to provide a government-issued photo ID and confirm your address.
The verification process is handled by our third-party identity partner. Your documents are not stored on our servers beyond what is required by law.
Verification is typically completed within one to two business days.
You will receive an email notification once your identity has been confirmed and your account is cleared for prize redemptions.
