How to request a Player ID

A Player ID is required to participate in any Golden Goose Games activity. Learn how to sign up in a few steps.

Visit the Sign Up page and complete the Player ID request form with your legal name, email address, and date of birth.
Check your email for a verification link. Click it to confirm your address and activate your application.
Our team reviews eligibility and issues your Player ID, typically within one business day.
Once issued, your Player ID appears in your account dashboard. Keep it safe; it is your identity on the platform.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.
