Player Rules and Community Guidelines
Golden Goose Games is built on transparency, fairness, and respect for every player. These guidelines keep the experience premium, the community welcoming, and the gameplay honest across Golden Dragon and Diamond Dragon.
1. Fair Play and Integrity
We hold ourselves and our community to the highest standards of honesty.
- Each player may maintain only one active Player ID. Duplicate, shared, or fraudulent accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Falsifying personal information, manipulating promotions, or attempting to exploit gameplay mechanics will result in immediate review.
- Suspected fraudulent activity may result in account suspension pending investigation.
- Prize redemptions are limited to $500 per rolling 24-hour period, per Player ID, with a $5.00 minimum per request.
2. Player Eligibility
To participate in any Golden Goose Games promotion, giveaway, or prize event:
- You must maintain an active, verified Player ID in good standing.
- You must be of legal age in your state of residence and reside in an eligible state. See our State Eligibility page for the current list.
- You must have met the gameplay or activity requirements stated for the specific promotion within its qualification window.
- Inactive accounts, shared accounts, or accounts under review are not eligible to claim prizes.
3. Virtual Credits and Prize Redemptions
All credit purchases and prize redemptions must be processed through official Golden Goose Games systems.
- Virtual credit purchases are non-refundable once applied to a Player ID.
- A minimum level of gameplay activity is required before promotional credits become eligible for prize redemption. Specific activity requirements are disclosed at the time of purchase or promotion.
- Players may be asked to provide verification documentation, including transaction confirmations, before a redemption is processed.
- Any discrepancy should be reported to our support team, who will investigate against the account record and the transaction ledger.
4. Promotions and Bonus Offers
Every Golden Goose Games promotion publishes its dates, times, and qualifications in advance.
- To qualify, you must meet the stated requirements before the promotion ends; this may include minimum activity, eligible payment method, or verified account status.
- Late participation, accounts created after a promotion begins, or unverified transactions will not be included retroactively.
- Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
- Bonus credits issued through promotions follow the same prize redemption rules outlined in Section 3.
5. Community Conduct
Golden Goose Games is a welcoming, drama-free space for all players.
- Treat staff and fellow players with respect at all times. Harassment, threats, hate speech, or persistent negativity will not be tolerated in any chat, comment thread, or community channel.
- Spam, solicitation, and promotion of outside services are prohibited.
- Repeated or severe violations of community standards may result in chat restrictions, account suspension, or permanent removal from all Golden Goose Games platforms.
6. Giveaways and Contests
Giveaways and contests are reserved for active Golden Goose Games players.
- Winners are announced through official Golden Goose Games channels only.
- Winners must respond and claim within the timeframe specified on the official post. Unclaimed prizes may be reissued or forfeited.
- Prizes are non-transferable and may only be redeemed through approved Golden Goose Games methods.
- Employees of Golden Goose Games and their immediate household members are not eligible to win giveaways or contests.
7. Account Security and Privacy
Your Player ID is your responsibility. Protect it.
- Never share your login credentials, Player ID, or account details with anyone outside of the official Golden Goose Games team.
- Golden Goose Games staff will never ask for your password, full payment card numbers, or banking credentials.
- Report any suspicious messages, impersonation attempts, or phishing activity to support immediately.
- Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Accountability and Enforcement
By participating in Golden Goose Games, you agree to abide by these rules.
- Prize redemptions are subject to the limits in Section 1 ($500 per rolling 24 hours per Player ID; $5.00 minimum per request).
- Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, forfeiture of promotional balances, or permanent removal from all Golden Goose Games platforms.
- Golden Goose Games reserves the right to adjust, pause, or cancel any promotion to preserve fairness and integrity, with advance notice provided whenever practical.
- These rules supplement, and do not replace, our full Terms of Service and Responsible Social Gaming policy.
