Self-exclusion and cooling-off periods
Take a break from play using our self-exclusion or cooling-off tools, available in your account settings.
A cooling-off period temporarily restricts your ability to purchase virtual credits. Options range from 24 hours to 30 days.
Self-exclusion is a longer-term restriction. You can self-exclude for 60 days, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely.
During an exclusion or cooling-off period, your account remains active for non-purchase activities. You can still review your history and contact support.
To request a self-exclusion or cooling-off period, go to Account Settings, then Responsible Gaming, or contact support directly.
Reinstatement after self-exclusion requires a manual review by our team. We may require a cooling-off period before access is restored.
