Redemption limits and processing times
Prize redemptions are subject to daily limits and processing windows.
The current maximum prize redemption is $500 per 24-hour period, per Player ID. (Placeholder: subject to legal review.)
Standard redemptions are reviewed and processed within two to five business days.
Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or if additional verification is required.
Redemption limits and processing times are subject to change. Current limits are always shown on the Redeem page.
