Understand when credits expire and how terms differ between purchased and promotional credits.
Purchased virtual credits do not expire as long as your account is in good standing.
Promotional and bonus credits may carry an expiry date. Check the specific promotion terms for details.
Expired credits cannot be restored. If you believe a credit expiry was applied in error, contact support.
